Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of profitanox.com and the services provided by Profitanox Inversiones S.A. By using the site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

1. Entity identification

Profitanox Inversiones S.A., Tax ID 30-71834902-5, registered before the IGJ under No. 18,652 of Book 95 of Joint-Stock Companies, registered as Collective Financing Platform PCF No. 142 before the National Securities Commission (CNV) under Law 27,349, with registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1180, Floor 4, Buenos Aires.

2. Purpose

Profitanox operates a digital platform that connects real estate developers with investors interested in participating in real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina. Profitanox does not guarantee returns or assume responsibility for the success of the published projects.

3. Registration and eligibility

To invest it is necessary to complete a registration and identity verification (KYC) process under UIF Resolution 21/2018. Profitanox may reject applications at its sole discretion when justified.

4. Investment risks

Investing in real estate projects entails risks, including the total or partial loss of capital, construction delays, regulatory changes and market fluctuations. Estimated returns are not a guarantee. Before investing read each project's documentation thoroughly.

5. Intellectual property

All site contents (texts, trademarks, logos, designs, code) are property of Profitanox or its licensors and are protected by Law 11,723 on Intellectual Property. Reproduction in whole or in part is forbidden without express authorisation.

6. Limitation of liability

Profitanox shall not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential damages or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site or from users' investment decisions, except in case of wilful misconduct or duly proven gross negligence.

7. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the site with the indication of the effective date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the Terms in force.

8. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any matter, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
