Privacy Policy
At Profitanox Inversiones S.A. (hereinafter "Profitanox", "we") we respect your privacy and commit to protecting the personal data you entrust to us. This Policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long and what your rights are as a data subject under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and related regulations.
1. Data controller
The controller of the database is Profitanox Inversiones S.A., Tax ID 30-71834902-5, with registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1180, Floor 4, Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires. You can reach us at privacy@profitanox.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (i) contact data you voluntarily provide when completing forms (first name, last name, email, phone); (ii) technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited; (iii) data related to your investing activity when you apply to a project.
3. Purpose
We process your data to: send you information about projects and news, comply with regulatory obligations (CNV, UIF, AFIP), prevent fraud, improve our services and measure site performance. We do not make automated decisions producing legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (art. 5 Law 25,326), on contract performance when you subscribe to an investment offer, and on legal obligations applicable to entities registered before CNV and UIF.
5. Retention
We retain your data for as long as needed to comply with the described purposes and applicable legal terms (minimum 10 years for operations regulated by UIF).
6. Recipients and transfers
We may share your data with technology service providers (hosting, analytics, email), participating financial institutions and authorities when required by law. International transfers are made only to countries with an adequate level of protection or under standard contractual clauses.
7. Data subject rights
As a data subject you may exercise access, rectification, update and deletion rights by writing to privacy@profitanox.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory body of Law 25,326, has authority over complaints and claims.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, access controls and periodic audits.
